Cooking Instructions

BOIL: Add frozen perogies to a large pot of boiling water, perogies should float in 3 - 5 minutes.

PAN FRY OR GRILL: Perogies can be grilled or pan fried from frozen. Grill at 325 - 350°F (163 -175°C).

DEEP FRY: ONLY RECOMMENDED IN COMMERCIAL FRYER: Place perogies loosely (don’t allow perogies to stick together) in fryer basket. Deep Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 2½ minutes. Prolonged cooking may cause explosion and injury.
