Our artichoke products are processed and packed to ensure their texture is always firm yet tender, with the beautiful colour and quality you require for a successful presentation. Consistently excellent and uniform, they add style and great flavour to countless cold and cooked menu applications. They are not only a delectable ‘staple’ in the Mediterranean diet, but also provide a healthy, rich source of vitamin C, iron and dietary fibre!

Preparation and HandlingDrain artichoke product from brine and rinse briefly with cold water. These fully cooked artichoke hearts and quarters are ready to serve - saving you time and labour!

No need to thaw. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to a non-metallic container and keep refrigerated. Consume within 3 days of opening.
