Workshop InformationThe Center for Public Management and the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas will sponsor a
Public Funds Investment Act workshop on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, preceding the GFOAT Fall Conference
at the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel.
This will be a one-day workshop from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will provide 10 hours of continuing educationin compliance with the Public Funds Investment Act. In order to complete 10 hours of
training, a working lunch will be provided. The early registration fee for the workshop will be $225 per attendee, and the late registration fee will be $250 (save $25 by registering online at www.gfoat.org
or www.tml.org). Lunch will be provided. You do not have to attend the Fall Conference to attend the PFIA workshop.
