easy access to many of the job functionality and to

prove a high level overview (big picture) of statistics related to a department

or a business unit.

attach a Tile that contains graphical

information.

Tiles and the Tile Wizard

Tiles are the White Squares that

exist on either Home Pages or

Dash Boards They are mainly created during the

Component Registration Process and attached by Developers, Security Staff or Portal Administrators

to Home Pages and Dash Boards

The Tile Wizard is a tool Delivered by Oracle Peoplesoft that allows

users to create Tiles for their Navigation Collections,

Pivot Grids, and Applications that are accessible via

the on-line Menu Navigation System

The Tile Wizard can allow end-users that have been granted

Security Permissions the ability to create Tiles

without the assistance of a Developer, or a Portal Administrator.
