Rebus Generator A rebus is a phrase or sentence expressed through pictures—it can either be

expressed as all pictures or partly through pictures. There are two examples below:

In colonial times people used a feather pen to write letters.

Rebus Generator Three components: a word corresponding to a picture,

letters to be added to the name of the picture, and letters to be deleted from the name.

Rebus Generator Rules:

Order of letters added must match order of which they’d appear in the hidden word.

Order of letters to be eliminated must be in the same order as they were in the name of the picture.

Add-A-Gram

An "add-a-gram" is a sequence of words formed by starting with a 3-letter word, adding a letter and rearranging to form a 4-letter word, and so on. For example, here is an add-a-gram of the word "CREDENTIALS" :

ail + s = sail + n =

nails + e = aliens + t =

salient + r = entrails + c =

clarinets + e = interlaces + d =

CREDENTIALS (length 11 letters)
