This is where Asian cuisine gets really creative. Chicken stews and curries, pork filled-dumplings, and beef salads – these are just the beginning. There are so many more Asian salads that will both surprise and delight you. Thai Beef Salad

First, get your hands on these - beef fillet (grilled medium rare), onions, cucumber, lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, Thai spicy basil, garlic paste, fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Once you have all these in hand, it’s time to get your salad together. The first step is to combine all salad dressing ingredients in a salad bowl. Then add the beef fillet, sliced onions and cucumber with the salad dressing. Toss them around to mix well. Arrange lettuce leaves in serving plates; top with the beef salad mixture. Serve as entrée.
