Edward Saw Keat Leong is currently a partner in the firm of Messrs Josephine, LK Chow & Co. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Monash University in 1996 and was admit-ted as a Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 24th October 1997. From his commencement of practice Edward has focused primarily in the area of Industrial Relations and Employment Law and appears regularly before the Indus-trial Court to conduct trials relating to unfair dismissal claims and trade disputes. He has also dealt with many applications in the High Court to review Industrial Court decisions and has also appeared before the Court of Appeal and Federal Court to argue matters related to Industrial Relations and Employment Law.
