How Long Does it Take?

• New Offer Preparation and submission usually takes 3-5 months, or as little as 1 ½ -2 months. We offer RUSH OFFER PREP service for an additional $5K + travel.

• eMods, QuickMods and eOffers have not yet proven to save time. More training within GSA is needed. See GSA Reform.

• The time between submission of your offer to GSA and contract award can take 4-10 months for MOBIS and other schedules, 8-14 months is typical for Group 70 IT offers. GSA says 90 days.

• Contract Modifications can take 1-6 months for approval, depending on your CO. See How Long Does It Take? for more.

It takes even longer if you try to accomplish these tasks in-house. You also lose efficiency, expertise and money.

Full Service

• FBBS will keep you abreast of all possible ramifications from any GSA generated changes, amendments and modifications to your schedule contract.

• FBBS will take care of preparing and submitting all future modifications you need to introduce to your contract, i.e. adds, deletes, raise or reduce prices, administrative changes, change of name-novations, and all mandatory acceptance of GSA

generated actions.
