property management company. The founder of C.W. Sparks, has been actively investing in
residential real estate since 1977, and the company received its corporate Broker's
license in 1994.
CW Sparks Realty The primary focus of CW Sparks is on residential
property management. The properties we acquire fit seamlessly into our management system.
CW Sparks Realty Our secondary focus is the acquisition and disposition
of investment properties, both for ourselves and our clients. As a TREC licensed brokerage, we possess the same buying/selling tools that traditional sales focused brokers use.
