Get Rid Of That Stubborn Belly Fat Once And For All
When coming up with a fitness routine it is important to incorporate a stretching routine such as yoga, weight training and cardiovascular exercise.
Stubborn belly fat is the biggest weight-related complaint among most people who are trying to lose weight and it is the topic of numerous TV specials, magazine articles and books and products that claim to banish the unsightly bulge!
Stubborn belly fat can be caused by numerous factors including:-
• 1) Age: The older you are, the easier it is to accumulate belly fat and the harder it is to get rid of it.
• 2) Unhealthy diet: Eating a lot of greasy, fatty foods that have no nutritional value can cause you to put on excess weight.
• 3) Eating too much: Even if you eat healthy most of the time, too much of anything can be a bad thing!
• 4) Not drinking enough water and getting enough fiber: Both water and fiber aid in flushing toxins from the body which in turn helps you to feel better and to lose weight.
• 5) Stress: It is now a known fact that stress can cause weight gain no matter how healthy you are otherwise.
Reduce your belly fat and here are some of those ways:-
• 1) Apple cider vinegar has been known to aid in weight loss, particularly when it comes to the stomach area. Take a tablespoon before every meal with a little bit of water.
• 2) Drink eight to ten glasses of water a day.
• 3) Drink a few glasses of green tea everyday as it also aids with weight loss.
• 4) Eat more fruits and vegetables.
• 5) Get lots of fiber. You can get fiber either by taking a supplement or eating more whole grain foods.
• 6) Although spot exercises may help a little bit, all around vigorous cardiovascular exercise is the best way to lose stubborn belly fat through exercise. Try brisk walking, jogging, running or using a stationery bike.
