Perhaps the greatest challenge we face is getting close enough to observe marine life without disturbing its natural habitat. Ocean currents play a major role in the orchestra of nature. The cold current from the Atlantic and the warm tropic current of the Indian Ocean meet off the coast of South Africa, creating a natural reservoir of rare beauty. For the inhabitants of the sea, the meeting of the two currents means food in abundance.
