•At least 12 volunteers trained in & dedicated to tech access opportunities
•Patrons are increasingly self-sufficient
•Volunteers increase their knowledge of library technology (equipment, software, etc.)
•Patrons increase their knowledge of library technology
•Library gains reputation as a hub for learning and using technology
•Library is known as a place to do productive work
•Library is seen as a community connector
