To share and discuss the outcomes of a values assessment within your team, and to deeper explore the meaning and getting an in depth understanding of the values that people choose in the assessment. Then to:
a) Identify the key values and what they specifically meanb) Describe the behaviours that do or would demonstrate
the valuesc) Celebrate what is right and examples of best practices
that are already taking placed) Agree causes and corrective actions of potentially
limiting valuese) Distinguishing between quick win actions and a longer
term direction of what the high performing culture should look and feel like
