Communication Methods• Reflective Listening: Seeking to understand an
idea, then offering the information back to the speaker, to confirm that the message was
understood correctly.
• Paraphrasing: Re-stating the facts in another way.
• Empathy: Consciously sharing the sadness or happiness of another person .
