Geologist or GeoscientistAs new oil and gas reserves become more difficult to find and develop, Halliburton's geologists and
geoscientists are tasked with helping operators to better assess the characteristics of their oil and gas
reserves, and to optimize recovery and enable important planning decisions.
What you'll do
As a geologist or geoscientist, you'll work in the industry from onshore to offshore, subsurface to facility, using
your knowledge, along with Halliburton's latest reservoir characterization technologies, to:
Gather and evaluate complex geological data to facilitate real-time decision making. Much of your
work will be performed in Halliburton's industry-leading real-time centers located at our own facilities
and those of our clients.
Assist operators in visualizing, understanding and optimizing the value of their assets from planning to
exploration and production.
Consult with clients on the appropriate Halliburton tools and applications to maximize value
throughout the life cycle of the well and the reservoir.
Who we want
We're looking for detail-oriented problem solvers who are able to communicate critical project success factors
to Halliburton's management and customers. You should have a bachelor- or master-level degree in geology,
geosciences or petroleum engineering.

What you will do
As a field engineer, you will work as an onsite leader, putting to use
the technical and operational expertise you gain through Halliburton's
world-class training. Depending on your work assignment, your
responsibilities may include:
Leading a crew to ensure that each project conforms to
Halliburton's standards for both quality and safety
Interpreting wellsite data in real time, using complex
technologies such as software simulators and the latest
electrical and mechanical equipment
Working on pre-job planning, job execution and post-job
analysis to ensure project efficiency
Troubleshooting on-the-spot issues at the wellsite.
Where you will work
Field engineers work both onshore and offshore, perform very

physical work and keep demanding schedules often in outdoor
environments that range from hot to cold and every climate in
between.

Sperry DrillingSperry Drilling field engineers work at the rigsite, using the latest technologies to find and drill
the most direct route to our customers hydrocarbon assets. Work schedules often include
overnight stays at the rigsite for anywhere from one night to three weeks.
Wireline and PerforatingWireline and Perforating field engineers use electronic tools and computerized surface
systems at the wellsite to record and analyze the geological formations. Their work may
include perforating, which uses explosives to provide maximum well and reservoir
productivity. Wireline engineers work an on-call schedule that may require spending one
night to two nights per week in the field.
Production EnhancementWhen a wells production depth has been determined, Production Enhancement field
engineers oversee and execute stimulation designs and techniques to improve thehydrocarbon output of the well. Work schedules are on-call and include irregular daytime
hours as well as nights in the f ield.

CementingCementing field engineers are responsible for ensuring that wells have been cemented
effectively for stabilization purposes so that further actions can be taken on the well. Work
schedules are on-call, and providing technical support to wells will require spending some
nights in the field.
Completion ToolsField engineers for Completion Tools provide the design, selection and installation of
equipment and procedures to maximize well production. The scope of their duties requires
them to have knowledge of multiple products from different product service lines. Work
schedules are on-call and can include spending nights in the field.
BaroidBaroid delivers engineered fluid solutions customized to maximize our customers wellbore
value. Baroid Field Engineers are responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered at
the rigsite according to the well-specific program, along with identifying new ways to improve
fluid solutions, and recommending fluid solutions for unscheduled events that occur during
the drilling process.
Boots & CootsBoots & Coots well intervention engineer develops a total solutions proposal consisting of
surface equipment, down hole tools, and operations procedures that meets the clients
specific needs. The engineer performs pre-job planning analysis and job modeling software
to predict performance and results. Work scope includes customer sales and planning
sessions and often includes oversight of technical job execution. Work schedules involve
frequent travel and irregular work hours.
Research and Development Scientist or EngineerRecognized as innovators in the industry, Halliburton's Research and Development scientists and engineers
are responsible for designing the thousands of patented tools and technologies applied in field locations each
day in locations all over the world.
What you'll do
As part of Halliburton's Research and Development group, you'll invent and author patented technologies that
enable our customers to maximize new and existing oil and gas assets. Leading your own smaller projects orworking on a larger project team, you'll develop Halliburton's intellectual property assets and invent and author
the patents that underpin the processes and products that generate revenue and market leadership for
Halliburton. Just a few of your daily responsibilities might include:
Designing new equipment and processes
Supporting design changes to existing technologies
Observing technologies in the field to ensure correct implementation
Designing lab experiments and analyzing data.

Supply Chain ProfessionalFrom the smallest mechanical parts to 5-ton trucks, Halliburton's Supply Chain organization is responsible for
all movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods and services from initial sourcing all the way
through delivery to the end user. Key activities within this end-to-end process include purchasing, production
planning, order processing and fulfillment, inventory management, manufacturing, transportation, distribution
and customer service.
What you'll do
As a member of Halliburton's Supply Chain organization, you'll work with one of two groups: Manufacturing or
Procurement, Materials and Logistics (PM&L). In either of these groups, you'll play a big part in managing
Halliburton's worldwide inventory, and the work you perform will make a real difference to the Company's
bottom line.You'll develop and implement strategies to ensure that the materials we need around the world arrive at the
right locations, at the right time, in the proper quantity and at an acceptable cost. Collectively, these tasks can

What you'll do
Accountants and auditors typically begin their careers in one of four Finance groups: Internal Audit, Accounting,Tax Accounting or Treasury.
Accountants are responsible for providing the meaningful, timely and accurate operational results and
forecasts that facilitate management decisions and meet statutory reporting requirements. You'll also
provide accounting services and financial advice to Halliburton's business units and product service
lines around the globe.
Auditors evaluate internal controls; document processes; evaluate potential control gaps, and assess
