GTSE (Genius Talent Search Exam)

GTSE(Genius Talent Search Exam) is a yearly competitive exam designed for School

students (students in Class VII, VIII, IX and X) by Acroatic Edu-Solutions P. Ltd. (AESPL). This

exam aims at cultivating scientific and mathematical reasoning and logical ability among the

students through a rigorous test. The Foundation primarily envisions the scientific curiosity

and vigour in young students through competitive exams.

Objective of GTSE is to track the talented group of students from

economicallyimpoverished sections and hone their skills by providing a conducive

environment.

Talent knows no boundaries. It is everywhere. All one needs is to support talent and

nurture it to let it blossom. The students should not be handicapped by financial constraints

of their families. If they have it in them, GTSE is there to guide them to where they belong

but may not reach for want of resources. If talented students are spotted at the school-

level, it can work wonders.

To achieve this goal, we are running two schemes for students who achieve the success

in this exam. First one is YTPP (Young Talent Promotional Program), and second one is ETPP

(Economically Weak Talent Promotional Program).

1. YTPP (Young Talent Promotional Program): Awards Scholarships and prizes to the

students for their excellence and guides them towards the best career choices, while

in school as well as beyond.

2. ETPP (Economically Weak Talent Promotional Program): Supports economically weak

but talented students by providing free coaching and books for IIT / AIIMS / NEET /

KVPY / Olympiad / NTSE.

Teaching Methodology

CONCEPT CENTRIC TEACHING (CCT): Genius Classes emphasizes on understanding the concepts thoroughly before

attempting to solve problems. The students are first introduced to the concept in depth, followed by doubt clearing

sessions, and conclude with solving a range of problems relating to the concepts. Home assignment for practice and

tests to verify conceptual understand are also given. The idea is to acquaint the students with the concepts so they

are in a position to attempt unfamiliar questions as well.

TESTING:Performance of the students is regularly monitored through weekly Review tests, Monthly reports and

meetings with parents. Comparative reports are published every month which provide revised benchmark for the

CONCEPT BUILDING:For Class IX to X students, Batch wise classes having limited students are held in evening

Marking Scheme: Each question will contain four marks.

Negative Marking: There will be negative marking in this examination; one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

Candidates are required to use only blue/black ball point pen to mark their answers.

Candidates note down multiple answers for one question will lead to the negative marking.

Question paper language will be in English only.

In case of any ambiguity in translation of any of the questions, its English version will be treated as final.

Terms and conditions

1. Incomplete form will not be considered. It is compulsory to fill all the columns. Kindly attach all the required

documents along with duly filled enrollment form.

2. It is compulsory to provide Mobile No. & Email Id of the student/ parent /guardian. The result of the test or

any other information by the institute will be sent to the student via SMS and / or E-Mail. Institute shall not

be responsible if any information regarding result or anything else is not reached to the student if he/she has

not mentioned his/her or Parent's/Guardian's updated & correct Mobile No / E-mail ID in Enrolment Form at

the time of enrolment, it is advised to write Phone no. & E-mail ld. of either father or mother for right

communication between institute & student.

3. During the Classroom Program at Genius Classes, a student must meet the following requirements failing

which his/her free-ship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of Management of

AESPL shall be final and binding to the students and the parents.

a) ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 85%

throughout the classroom program. It is compulsory for a student under this program to write all

his/her class test papers conducted by the institute in his/her batch.

b) TEST MARKS: The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 40% marks in their regular

assessment tests

c) Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESPL in the

classroom centre, will not be accepted. A warning will be issued to such students, offering them

another chance to improve their behaviour, despite warning, if the student does not alter his/her

attitude and commits another act of indiscipline, his/her candidature for the free-ship program will

be revoked with immediate effect and can be struck off from role.

d) In case a student misbehaves / gets involved in negative activities like teasing, theft, indiscipline, use

of abusive languages, he/she can be rusticated by the Centre Head and fee paid shall not be

refunded in such cases.

e) If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Centre

Head, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student

continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the free-ship program of

such student will be revoked with immediate effect.

f) If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other

reason without prior permission from the Centre Head, his/her candidature for the free-ship

program will be revoked

4. The scholarship criteria mentioned is meant for Regular Classroom Courses.

5. If any student fails in his/her school exam, facility/Scholarship will be withdrawn &the student will be

disqualified from the program.

6. The cut-off score for scholarship eligibility shall be decided by the management at the time of declaration of

Result.

7. In case, any dispute or difference arises between student/ parents and the Institute regarding the

interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in

pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed

by the Director of M/s Acroatic Edu-Solutions Private Limited.

8. The proceedings shall be conducted at Muzaffarpur under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act

and the Courts at Muzaffarpur only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the

case may be. If an arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason, does riot enter

the reference or after entering into the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not

proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the Director of Ws Acroatic Edu-Solutions Private Limited, to appoint

another person to act as an arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with

reference from the stage at which proceeding was left by his predecessor.
