Dear Genius Coffee Customers,

Aung Nay Lin Tun Co., Ltd was established at Ywar Ngan Township, Southern Shan

State. We have been growing, picking and processing specialty grade coffee beans and

international standard coffee related products. We hand-pick high quality locally grown

coffee beans for the domestic and export markets.

Genius fresh roasted ground coffee and coffee beans are available in three sizes -

4 ounces, 8 ounces and 1 pound. We are proud to offer our own individual ground coffee

filter which enables the fresh coffee drinker to enjoy a beverage with nothing but a cup

and hot water.

We are especially proud to offer our ultra premium Bluepond Speciality Coffee in

500 gram bags. These beans are hand selected from the finest coffee cherries on our

Genius Coffee Estate is located in Khit Tar Street, Ywar Ma Ward, Ywar Ngan Township.

We have a commercial coffee processing facility, coffee storage warehouse, our beautiful coffee

plantations, and accomodation where you can learn about coffee making procedures and enjoy

the natural beauty of the Shan Highlands.

We also have four family rooms which accommodate up to 20 people, a dining room, a

café, and a small meeting hall which serves as a meeting and conference area for up to 30 persons.

Visitors will immerse themselves in friendly local culture, assist our Danu farmers with the

coffee harvest for a few hours, and enjoy the authentic experience of a lifetime.

After 3 years of cultivation, new trees will flower. At this stage we can start

collecting coffee cherries. White coffee flowers bloom each April. After the flowers fall

from the branches, young cherries begin to develop and will mature over the next 7-8

months. The cherrie turn red or yellow as they ripen, we harvest them by hand during late

November. After harvesting, we remove pulp, ferment and sun dry the cherries.

Local farmers sell raw coffee cherries at daily markets or weekly bazaars. We

purchase raw cherries by viss (1 Viss = 3.6 lb.) We clean them and hand sort them,

removing underripe and overripe cherries. We then start the production process of

removing pulp, bean fermentation and sun drying for 70 to 84 hours. Proper dry storage

is necessary to maintain bean quality.

We purchase coffee cherries from several different sources:

(1) Traders/Brokers (procure coffee cherries in bulk quantities, before hand sorting)

(2) Zonal supervisors (procure coffee cherries in bulk with quality control)

(3) Farm Owners (purchase the finest cherries from individual farmers)

We purchase raw coffee cherries with cash. In 2014 and 2015, the maximum cost for a

kilo of raw coffee cherries was 600 Kyats. 5 kilograms of coffee cherries (3,000 kyats) will

produce 1 kilo of raw coffee. Processing expenses are roughly 300 kyats per kilo of raw coffee

and include labour, electrictiy fees, transportation and miscellaneous expenses. The total

production cost for one ton of raw coffee is 3,300,000 kyats.

Before roasting, we must throughly clean the raw coffee beans once more. We also

separate them by size, remove the defects. This process will cost 200,000 kyats, 4 workers and

20 days for each ton of raw coffee.

Invitation to Prospective Coffee Farm Partners

We plan to expand Genius Coffee business by introducing a business plan with profit

sharing for those who would like to invest in our company, our farmers, and of course, some of

the finest coffee in the region.

We are introducing a business which will generate profit after only 6 months. Up until this

point, Genius Coffee Co., Ltd operated as a family business without outside investment. To scale

the production of our delicious coffees, we require capital to purchase more coffee grinding tools,

storage rooms and packaging equipment. During previous seasons, we operated with individual

and bank loans. We pay interest to these individuals and banks as a consideration for the loans.

Local interest rates are not sustainable for responsible agricultural businesses.

Genius Coffee must be sustainable as a long term business for development of

communities of local villagers. We rely on the highest ethical standards and the finest possible

product while sharing our company profit with our loyal customers and investors.

Partners may participate starting from 100,000 Kyats between November 2015 until

February 2016. At the end of six months, investors may receive interest according to their

investment and special offers from Genius and our related businesses.

Partners may withdraw their investment at any time with one-week advance notice. Genius

Coffee will furnish a contract for investor review of terms.

For questions related to investment in any other related business of Genius, please contact
