• “Bar Code” fingerprints of entire clonal collections• Committed to 6-8 SSR loci per collection, with likely

progression up to 20 loci each• Simple spread sheet link for data download• Coordinated effort for grape with French collection in

Montpellier and with Davis collection - with consistent “Standard Variety Reference Fingerprints”

• Promised “entry page” for grape markers not unlike pea genstock site (to the extent ARS allows). (“GrainGenes” is pretty nice)

• Definite movement toward SNP markers in grape
