Quality and reliabilityValves are tested for leak tightness in accordance with standard EN 12266. Ensuring all products meet or exceed industry standards. SAFI has implemented a Quality Management System which is audited to give ISO 9001 certification.Furthermore, our products are manufactured and supplied to meet the requirements of many recognized industry standards and directives: PED 97/23/EC, WRAS (Drinking Water), Marine Approval, ISO 15848-1 (Fugitive Emissions), ATEX 94/9/EC, FDA reg 21 CFR 177.

Co-design: the user is our first priorityOur primary objective is to provide the appropriate technical solutions for our customers. We work very close to our customers and in turn their customers, giving them access to our design engineers to offer the best solutions.

New technical development: R&D is the key

Through our experiences with our customer’s applications we will develop our new products. Our engineers and technicians come from many different backgrounds such as, automotive, mechanical engineering and plastic moulding, giving a balance approach to our development.

The SAFI R&D department provides new technical developments for process optimisation.

Manufacturer flexibilitySAFI is currently one of the few plastic valves manufacturers to offer manufacturing to customer requirements. SAFI offers a range of more than 7 000 items and a production facility that can produce small or large quantities, so that the requirements and specific needs of all customers can be met.

Proximity of the distributorThrough a network of external sales representatives and distributor network, we can communicate with our customers at a very local level.Our sales staff are in constant contact with our customers, to manage their enquiries, orders as well as informing them of new products and receive important feedback on our service.

For over 50 years, SAFI has been developing, manufacturing and marketing corrosion resistant valves in thermoplastic materials, specifically dedicated to industrial applications.

Manual & actuated solutions for ball, butterfly, diaphragm (and others...) in materials resistant to corrosive and very often extremely hazardous fluids.

GRPP, PP, PVDF, UPVC, CPVC, ABS, PE, Anti-static PP.

We are regarded as one of the pioneers of plastic valves and work with industry associations such as British Valve & Actuator Associations (BVAA) for the development of the valve industry enabling us to meet the changing working environment.
