Our MissionOur mission is to provide our clients new business opportunities by upgrading the companies strategy/organization (Business Support), by improving the existing process/production facilities (Process Development) to meet the latest technologies/techniques, and by implementing energy savings and improving environmental impact (Energy & Environment), all in order to increase shareholders value by short term financial improvements and long term sustainability.

Our Strategy G.I. Dynamics will interact with corporate management of the clients organization in order to provide

opportunities to increase the performance of the company on short- and long-term. By working together, we are able to get the necessary opportunities on the surface. Furthermore, our representatives will use a level of ‘no nonsense’ and ‘common-sense team approach’. We support you in your challenging program to run your daily business. We are also able to introduce industrial proven energy saving programs plus accommodated governmental supports. We guide you and support you to make you and your team ready for the future.

Our Strategy (2)

Then G.I. Dynamics will come with a short recommendation whereby the key areas will be defined which will need a further and a more detailed assessment program. These steps will be performed by experienced consultants whereby we will work on a low profile and flexible to the client needs. We will not come with an army of people and overflow your organization. We will work integral in your team and help you to be successful.

So following this path with a comprehensive range of risks and opportunities for our clients, who are committed to achieve higher shareholders value, by short-term cost reductions and at the same time long-term sustainability meeting the objectives of all stakeholders, G.I. Dynamics, with its capabilities and strengths, will guide, organize and manage the process (and where applicable relevant projects) for the clients during the full lifecycle of the process as if it is its own company. Necessary services vary in the areas of:

G.I. Dynamics believes that by having the three areas combined in business approach we are able together to explore also the synergy opportunities between the three elements.

G.I. Dynamics is supported by an experienced network of senior people able to cover the above mentioned areas and within the organization areas like; technology, production, logistics, finance management, change

management, business strategy and necessary legal support.

G.I. Dynamics’ Gas Processing Group;provides the latest state-of-the-art gas processing technologies and equipment for the Oil & Gas market.

We specialize in; Nitrogen Rejection Enhanced Oil Recovery Conventional low-BTU Gas Unconventional Gas (CBM, shale- & tight gas) Coal Mine Methane Utilization CO2 Removal Helium Recovery Oxygen Removal Cryogenic Expander Plants

Technology we (exclusively) use; Nitech™ NRU technology Ultra High CO2 Removal Nitech™ Xpan

Key figures;Nitech™ is the preferred choice NRU process in the US. Almost all new NRU systems are build with the Nitech™ process;More than 20 Nitech™ NRU systems have been installed; The first oversees Nitech™ will be build in Poland; The Nitech™ NRU technology can be up to 15% less expensive on both OPEX and CAPEX in comparison to other cryogenic technologies.

Major technical advantages;Typically only three major components; No cryogenic rotating equipment required;High methane recovery in excess of 99%;A less complex, more reliable and lower cost design.

Page 14: General Presentation GI Dynamics

We split the market applications (gas sources) into three groups;

Coal Mine Methane - CMMBy having an effective utilization process for the drained CMM, an additional revenue can be created. Main benefits for effective capture and utilization of CMM;Safer work environment: decreases the risk of fire/explosionEnvironmentally friendly: methane, a dangerous greenhouse gas, is captured instead of vented to the atmosphereCost-effective fuel source: captured, processed gas can power mining equipment New revenue source: coal mining and methane mining now go hand-in-hand

Low BTU gas fields (both conventional and unconventional) – Low BTUGlobally there are over 1500 gas fields with a ‘high’ nitrogen content (5-40% by volume). At least 4 Trillion Cubic Feet in China. The gas reserve can either come from a conventional gas field or unconventional gas field; Coal Bed Methane Tight GasShale GasWhenever these gas fields start with exploration, the gas needs to be treated – gas processing. Gas prices have increased over the past few years to well above the 3,00-4,00 USD per metric cubic feet generally required to exploit this high nitrogen resource base.

Enhanced Oil Recovery - EORWhen the oil reserve from a specific field is approximately at 50%, it will cost more energy and money to take out the remaining oil. By injecting gas (nitrogen), the pressure in the field van be restored and an additional 30% can be taken out. The gas which comes along with the oil from the field will be purified (methane and NGL’s will be recovered) and the nitrogen will be re-injected.

Helium RecoveryIn order for processors to benefit from a high value commodity like

helium, we provide stand-alone helium extraction units, or integrated helium extraction capability in the Nitech™ NRU system.

Benefits of this process: Simple process providing crude grade helium with 99%+ He recovery. Easily integrated with Nitech™ NRU. Can provide significant source of revenue due to high helium value.

NGL Extraction/RecoveryAs mentioned, G.I. Dynamics, together with its business partner is

capable to provide an integrated as well as an stand-alone NGL extraction, with high ethane recovery.

The facility on the right includes CO2 removal and NGL extraction/stabilization. It produces high quality CO2 that is re-injected with an associated enhanced oil recovery project.

Humid oxidization with Peroxide OHP®In 1994 we had a problem in La Zaida with the waste water in the organic peroxides plant. No solution was found in the market to treat those effluents. Foret developed internally a solution based on the Fenton reaction: The OHP®

Typical Uses of OHP®Fine Chemical industry effluents (intermediate, fine chemistry, dyes, insecticides, polymers, plasticizers...)Pharmaceutical industry effluents (antibiotics, veterinarian, phytosanitary)Petrochemical and oil industry effluentsWaste management industry effluents and leachates

Benefits of OHP®Specially suited for treatment of non-biodegradable waters. In comparison with other technologies has the following benefits:

Effective in a wide range of situations. Flexible: Changing operational conditions (COD and /or Flow rate) Changing the contaminants. Start up & shutdown in few hours. Automated and safe. Compact installation. Economically competitive.
