A vibrant online community of researchers and practitioners working towards gendering disaster risk reduction.
An international Network working with women and men, girls and boys, regardless of sexual orientation, class or caste, race or ethnicity, physical or mental ability.
Embed gender and development within disaster work and embed gendered disaster risk reduction into development work.
Aim & Focus
Our focus is on all forms of disasters : ‘natural,’ biological, technological, and social disasters including the risks presented by climate change.
