According to the opinion that is תחילתו בפשיעה וסופו באונס when the פטור why is he ,חייבanimal digs?

Really, the Mishna is talking about a strong wall, and it doesn’t matter whether the animal dug or not

was talking about the next line of the רבהMishna: If a man left his animals out in the sun, and

they escaped and did damage, he is חייב

NOT ONLY…are you חייב when the animal got out without digging, which is totally your fault,

BUT EVEN …when the animal dug its way out.

I would have thought…that the animal digging is an אונס for which he should be פטור…

teaches… he should have known that an רבהanimal will do anything to get out of the sun, and he is חייב
