GEDMINAI MAIN SCHOOLKLAIPEDA, LITHUANIA

Our school is located in Klaipeda, on the west coast of Lithuania, near the Baltic sea.

Klaipėda Gedminai main school was established in 1974. Our school is rather

big. There are 956 students and more than

80 teachers. The school is active and well known for its activities of Tolerance

Education Centre, Ethnoculture centre and

also after school activities. Our school is always open for innovations and takes

part in the Education Improvement and

Renovation Projects.

The structure of school today: primary-school – 1- 4 form (16 sets)

main school:

1. 5- 8 form ( 21 sets) 2. 9-10 form ( 3 sets)

total: 40 sets956 students
