Teacher’s roles will shift from the “sage on

the stage” to the “guide on the side”.5

Education will become a lifelong process, andschools will become centers of learning – not just forchildren, but for all members of the community.

The artificial divisions of grade levels will disappear.Education will focus increasingly on authenticperformance-based forms of assessment.
