Good morning to all…I feel glad to introduce my team members.I would like to add my point

favoring superiority of MNCs in relation to Indian companies in respect of their approach. MNCs provide

better ambiance I would like to say that Indian companies have yet to go a far in comparison to MNCs.

P.L.RAJI: I support MNC because Indian company are not used the latest technology. Because our

country growth level compare to others is very low. Indian company is not giving the facilities. But other

hand MNC's giving very good facilities to their employees.

RAMYA: The presence of MNCs are very important for our country due to the following reasons:

To know about the advanced techniques which are used by MNCs, To know how they are giving products

at such a low costs. To improve the competition which is very beneficial to everyone.

RANJITH: People rush to MNCs because they offer high salary, and many incentives, but Indian

company does not do so. They give the employee as small as they can do. So in my point of view if they

can work upon these reasons then people will automatically follow Indian company rather MNCs. If we

use our knowledge in our own company then definitely our Indian companies will be superior.

REVANTH: According to me, MNC is better than Indian company on few points. Eg.

MNC's provides good living of standards, status, good environment in organization, and one important

thing MNC's provides good package with incremental growth which is need or preference of every

employee.

RANJANI; We cannot talk about superior or inferior in this context since both have equal pros and cons.

A MNC provides financial benefits, provides exposure to latest technologies, enhances the employment

rate and contributes to economic growth via taxes. On other hand it gathers its own profits by working on

cheaper labor and taking back all profits.

ROSILLA: I agreed what others said but Indian companies have grown tremendously in the past 4-5

years. They have outshined many MNCs and even acquired them. Corus acquisition by TATA is an apt

example here. Indian companies have taken the government responsibilities as well like AADHAR card

project taken up by Infosys.

SANGEETHA: India is a developing country and MNC's gives strength. Economical growth, advanced

technologies, create active competitive environment and huge employment to our country so MNC's

will always superior to Indian companies. FDI investment for foreign companies proves that which one

is superior and which is more important for increasing the GDP And GNI of country.

SANDHIYA:I think India is doing a good job but they have to see that India doesn't turn out be slaves

to these MNC's. MNC's do provide good jobs, job security but there are pros and cons to every issues. I

think India should adopt the modern technology and move away from the primitive ways of thinking

which also helps to develop India.

RANJANI:Yes I am agreed with the statement MNC's are superior than Indian companies but I m not

putting down Indian companies. We have to remember that India exponentially developed after liberty

and every country required some time for developing in each prospect. So as an Indian we should make

a Indian company which can ditch all the MNC's.

R.RAJESWARI:I think Indian companies are superior, I would like to justify this by saying that, one

can succeed only by attaining self-belief our Indian companies believe in our nation's wealth, human

resources, energy to achieve in business and at the same time when the company reaches new heights.

R.RAJI: I agree with all your points. Here I like to add my point, I think MNC's are better than Indian

company because we can able to develop our communication skill, provide opportunity to interact

with many different people. Also more salary, our economic level get increased.

P.L.RAJI: Moreover, MNC is superior because of their sound environment, because of the challenges

that they provide to their employees that help them in their development and in increasing their

knowledge of the current technology. Moreover, there is no such point of reservation in these

companies, hence they provide equal opportunities to each and every employee. Moreover, there is no

point of corruption there. Every person is selected on the basis of their knowledge, confidence, hard

work etc.

RANJANI.K: I agree with you all because everybody's opinion matters but I would like to add on my

view point. As per the comments most of us were like we want to have less pressure, security. if the

youth will think like this then where our India head towards. We should be quite enthusiastic,

challenging toward our work. So I think those companies which give exposure to your talent just go

for it. So MNC's are far better. Not MNC's even some Indian companies are doing well.

RANJANI: Everyone's points are surely appreciated and some extent I am agreeing with that too.

What I would like to tell you is that all work whether it is government or corporate job, the employees

need job satisfaction. Some are likely to work in MNCs for getting more challenging work and

enhance their skills and talents.

SANDEEP: I have point to discuss with you people no matter where we work, it all depends on ones

passion, every person has a chance to show out his talent, only thing that they has to do is to work

with their interest and to utilize there surrounding resources effectively and thereby giving an amazing

output.

RAMYA: I feel Govt companies are much better than the MNCs as the work will be undergone with

certain standards & under fixed work timings. Most of them had a wrong impression that one cannot

enhance in his skills in govt sector but it is not the case for all govt companies.

SANDHIYA: In my opinion govt jobs are better than MNCs. We can't make our mind think more

under pressure and also we need relief from the work to maintain our health properly. All these are

done in govt jobs only.

SANGEETHA: Let me here to share some of my points what are running in my mind. Ya absolutely

now a days, for this generation MNC is best one than Indian sector. Because now a days our

government stopped pension plan. Everyone wants to work in Indian sector because they want to work

in fixed time as well as secure jobs till end of their life with pension.

REVANTH: In MNC no job guarantee as well. It has more stressful environment, people forget their

laughs, happiness due to their overload environment. Then If it is Govt job, office timings are fixed

because of this people who work there have more relax than MNC people

ROSILLA: Finally, i would like to conclude that MNC are better than Indian companies but not

completely agree that Indian companies are not better. The main drawback of our company's may be

also due to governments corrupted financial crises. All our Indian minds stand as backbone for many

MNC why can't we youngsters form a best Indian company by overcoming many hurdles like

corruption make our Indian companies to be a effective one in not in only in our country but also

across the world.
