Candidates will be assessed on the performance of two 10-bounce routines, each of which should contain at least four of the skills/agilities marked with an asterisk and must do so to be in the highly competent mark band. However, candidates can have less than four moves marked with an asterisk but will they will be marked in lower mark bands. Candidates can select combinations of any of the moves listed in the specification to show the full extent and range of their ability. They can combine them in any way that produces a recognised move that they can perform safely within a routine. For example a candidate could perform a back drop ½ twist to back drop (cradle) or even a back drop full twist to back drop (cat twist). When candidates select a landing marked with an asterisk and perform a ½ twist into or out of the move this constitutes two asterisks, for example a *½ twist into a *backdrop. Furthermore, a full twist into or out of a move marked with an asterisk would constitute three asterisks, for example, a **full twist to *back drop. A cradle would equate to three asterisks – *back drop *½ twist to *back drop and a cat twist to four asterisks – *back drop **full twist to *back drop. A front or back somersault would also equate to four asterisks. 1. Jumps:
