The tender forms can be had from the office of the Kerala State Sports Council on all

working days up to 4.30 P.M from 15.09.2018 on written request together with payment of

cost indicated above, including GSr @ 12.% in the form of Demand Draft, cash, Money order

or Postal Order only. The cost of tender forms will not be refunded lo anyone. Those who

wish to get the tender forms by post should remit the postal charges also. The details of

The tenders submitted in the downloaded forms from the website will be accepted only alongwith the cost of tender forms as noted in the tender notification as Demand Draft (payable atTrivandrum), Cash or Postal Order (Payable at GPO, Trivandrum), in favour of the

Secretary, Kerala State Sports Council, Thiruvananthapuram.

All payments will be made only after satisfactory completion of the supply at Kerala

State Sports Council, Th iruvananthapuram and no advance payment will be allowed under

any circumstances. The rates should be quoted for each item, and should be inclusive of all

taxes and delivery charges. The rate quoted should be flrm for the period up to one year.

The tenders must be accompanied with required EMD as indicated in the tender

notification, in the form of Demand Draft, drawn in favour of the Secretary, Kerala State

Sports Council, Thiruvananthapuram, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

The tender forms are not transferable and the sale of tender forms will be closed at

2.30 pm on 25.09.2018. Last date of receiving of tenders is at 4 P M on 30.09.2018. Late

tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.pm on 1.10.2018 in the

presence ofthe tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the

time.

Detailed specifications of the items together with quantity required are available with in

the annexure appended to the tender notification. Further details if any required can be had

from the office of the Kerala State Sports Council during the office hours on all working days.

The Kerala State Sports Council reserves the right to split the supply orders among

two or more tenderers if found necessary, and also to re.lect any or all the tenders without

assigning any reason
