- 56% self-serve checkout rate across those libraries with self-serve (18 units) in the last financial year.
- As of October 2007 efficiency gains equated to 17.45 FTE over 12 months
- The average missing rate dropped from 6.4% in 2004 to 2% in 2007.
- OH&S incidents relating to operation of CD/DVD security cases have been eliminated.
