ENERGY$AVERS GRANTHCBAs Energy$avers Grant is offering HistoricChicago Bungalow owners free weatherization services for your home. Free weatherization

services valued at $4,000 may include attic insulation, sealing cracks and drafts in the attic,

basement, and sidewalls, and weatherstripping windows and doors.

Some perks of weatherization are:

Lower your gas and electric bills Be more comfortable during cold winter and hot summer

months

Increase your bungalows energy efficiency Increase the value of your home in the Chicagoland real

estate market by receiving special certification by Illinois

Help to preserve and protect your historic homeTo be eligible, applicants must be owners of a Historic Chicago
