Detailed Work Experience to date.

Mature Fields 1. June 2015 – present.Provide asset technical due diligence support in relation to UK North Sea acquisition package. Advise new buyer on asset integrity and export issues.

Hansa Hydrocarbons Ltd. London. March – April 2015.The task was to support the company in both business growth and asset development. The scope included offtake route studies and appraise type screening with supporting phased CAPEX and OPEX to enable economics to be produced for opportunities within the UK North Sea area.

Fairfield Energy. Development Manager. September 2012 – April 2015.Responsible for development of a UK Southern North Sea asset package, also supporting a further acquisition programme and license round asset applications. Reporting directly to the overall Operations Manager – Andrew Hockey.Geographical areas cover the UK and Dutch sectors of the SNS as well as the Irish Sea.

A summary of some of my day to day responsibilities are:- overall and project specific planning, resource and budget preparation, procedural preparation set up and management of operational control methods such as Gate Control System implementation and overseeing any third party studies, internal peer reviews, regulatory interfaces such as DECC and HSE.

Dacia Oil and Gas. Bucharest Romania. Adhoc through 2012.I assisted the Romanian start up company in seeking and assessing in country oil and gas opportunities. The task was to support the company in entering the E&P market in Romania through acquisition or license application. My scope was to provide business and technical support to their small team.

RWE DEA UK Ltd. Development Group Engineering Manager. July 2009 - August 2012. Engineering manager for both the Clipper South and Breagh projects reporting to the RWE Development Manager Mark Hughes. My responsibilities to both projects included management of the RWE team of discipline engineers and selected contractors through the select, define and execution phases. Steering both projects through technical, safety and schedule risk assessments. During the execution phases for both projects I was placed by RWE in the Dutch construction yards as the company representative and engineering manager.A summary of my responsibilities were:-

- management of the RWE inhouse engineering team and all third party contractors, - project execution planning - preparation and management of budgets, field development plan, design safety case and

operating safety cases and all clarifications, - preparation of scopes of work, CRINE based contract preparation and procurement activities for

all phases, - coordination and input to governmental approvals - reporting to management and where necessary technical review of engineering and design

attendance at hazops etc, - plus interfacing with the host platform operator and interfacing with other groups such as drilling

and operations. - Preparation for platform handover and interfacing with production manager.

Kinesis Resources Ltd. Consultant Oil and Gas Adviser. November 2009 to April 2010. Providing adhoc business and technical consultancy services to a privately owned E&P start up Company. Provide evaluation and business strategy development for acquisition opportunities in Mediteranean areas. Fairfield Energy Ltd. Engineering Manager – Clipper South Development Project.

March 2008 – July 2009. Engineering Manager for the Clipper South Development. A tight rotliegend gas field development consisting of multiple wells each with multiple fracs. I was responsible for the delivery of the Clipper South platform, pipelines and associated Host facility modifications. This includes the development of the platform operating philosophy and setting well intervention requirements ensuring adequate platform facilities to support a 15 year field life. I led the project technical and safety team through conceptual and FEED phases in preparation for the execution phase of the project. This included interfacing with subsurface and drilling groups in order to build an operating model to suit the life of the field facilities. It included continuous economic and technical evaluation, preparation of execution plans and strategies, preparation of the ES and FDP, consents and approvals plans and engineering contractor control.

XTO Energy - Fortworth Texas. Consultant Development Engineer. November 2008 to March 2008.Providing ad-hoc/part time support to XTO’s UK operation in support of their acquisition program by providing technical and economic field development solutions for opportunities in the UK and Dutch sectors of the North Sea. Areas include high CO2 content gas fields and tight gas reservoirs.

Rill Energy Ltd. Consultant Oil and Gas Adviser. November 2007 to January 2008. Providing adhoc business and technical consultancy services to a privately owned E&P start up Company helping with the identification, evaluation and execution planning of acquisition opportunities in UK and NW Europe.

Hunt Petroleum. Consultant Development Engineer. January 2007 – November 2007.Adhoc support to Hunt Petroleum in support of their acquisition program by providing field development technical and commercial evaluations. This was achieved by carrying out feasibility screening studies which would provide technical and schedule requirements, with supporting CAPEX, OPEX, DRILLEX and abandonment cost estimates. Geographical areas covered the UK and Dutch sectors of the SNS as well as the Irish Sea.

Genesis Oil and Gas. Project Manager. British Gas Tunisia Miska Platform Debottlenecking Project. April 2007 – December 2007. (Consultant) Project Manager for Glycol dehydration and coalescer replacement packages. My responsibilities were to lead a focused team in delivering a solution to change out these facilities to budget and schedule. This included the coordination of multi-discipline engineering, design, procurement and construction activities both in London and Tunisia for replacement equipment packages, preparation of construction feasibility studies, capex and schedule to ensure the work can be carried out within an allocated shutdown period.

Tullow Oil UK Ltd. Development Engineer/Project Manager. August 2001 – April 2005Reporting directly to the Operations and Technical director Paul McDade, as an integral part of development and operations team my duties duties included the following:

- Horne and Wren development engineer and platform facilities company representative for the EPIC contract. I was responsible for the development of the facilities concept and involved throughout the project execution managing the day to day detail engineering of the platform, design aspects and construction as well as interfacing with drilling, operations and pipelines.

- Gwain SE Project Manager. Subsea step out. Interfacing as a partner with the field operator. - Orwell field. Interface with the Operator for the day to day operations and reporting of Orwell field

production. Preparation of operational procedures and MAPD as well as operator budget review and approval. Continuous reporting to Tullow management and partners.

- To support non operated fields I was involved in Inspection and maintenance budget preparation, procedural preparation and scope implementation, supervision of marine supervision for diving operations.

- Prospect development. Continuous screening studies of export and facilities development options, well design and life of field capex and opex to support a developing business portfolio.

Gaz de France Britain Ltd. Development Engineer. December 2002 – February 2003.After the acquisition of Cal Energy by GDF Britain I spent 4 months on a part time basis preparing CRINE based contracts and tendering packages to support the engineering and construction development of a SNS gas field. Contracts included drilling rig, casing and tubing, surveys and sub sea facilities.

CalEnergy Gas (UK) Limited. Development Engineer. April 1999 – December 2002. My core duties where to support the business development group by carrying out feasibility and screening studies in strategically targeted areas world wide. This would involve carrying out technical development studies and provide supporting development schedules and cost models in detailed reports to support a developing acquisition programme. I was also tasked with initiating certain projects by carrying out contractor screening studies, preparation of tender documents for studies and engineering services, as well as developing and providing methods of operational improvement to existing assets to reduce opex spend. This has included developments in UK SNS gas basin onshore Poland and offshore Australia in the Bass Basin.

ABB LUMMUS GLOBAL. PROPOSALS MANAGER. JUNE 1997 - April 1999I joined the ABB LG London team as Proposals Manager. Responsibilities were to guide and expedite a Proposals team ensuring that Proposals assigned to me were responded to in a manner that reflects complete compliance and addresses all required responses in areas such as commercial, contractual, schedule, manpower and total technical ability issues as per the scope of work, preparation of execution/method statements for the work. Responsible for kick off initiation, setting Proposal budget and progress.

Seconded to ABBLG BV Netherlands in 1998 as Project/Proposals Manager for a newly formed Business Development group called ‘Sub Sahara’ Africa. My duties are to execute proposals in response to EPIC or EPCOM enquiries for prospects in Nigeria. I am responsible for development of proposal win strategies and formulation of execution methods that may include partnering and selection of Sub Contractors, writing of execution plans and method statements, expediting and controlling input from third parties and coordination in house with a multi discipline engineering team up to proposal issue.

SINGLE BUOY MOORINGS, MONACO. PROJECT ENGINEER. MARCH 1997 - JUNE1997FPSO conversion for Japan Vietnam Petroleum Company. During this period was responsible for main contract review, preparation of sub-contracts and scopes of work relating to Turret fabrication, modifications to FPSO and Topsides Process Packages. Preparation of the schedule for the execution of the EPCOM work.

ABB LUMMUS GLOBAL, LEIDEN. PROJECT ENGINEER. MAY 1996 - FEBRUARY 1997Onshore Den Helder Condensate System Extension to develop and provide facilities that caters for the forecasted increase in condensate production. My responsibilities were to lead a Multi-discipline detail design time, carry out the construction interface and construction support.

Elf Petroland, K6 Offshore Compression. Detail Design.Responsible for the co-ordination, Project Administration, Budget Control, Progress reporting for a multi-discipline engineering and design team. The scope of work was to engineer the installation of a new Compression Module with modification to all associated existing offshore equipment as required, prepare a detailed ITT Package and issue it for bid purposes. The ITT package included detailed task sheets describing fully the construction and installation activities for the work. Further preparation of a detailed Capex and Opex cost estimate and schedule was produced for a 6 year Platform Inspection by Certifying Authorities.

JANUARY 1993 JULY 1994 - Elf KF5A & KF5CC Construction/Installation Hook-Up PreparationResponsible for completion of tail end construction activities. Preparation for offshore platform hook-up. Co-ordination of subcontractor and technical queries. Writing up of Construction and Installation system procedures and detail for the execution of the offshore scope of work.

Amerada - Fife FPSO Project. Conceptual Engineering and Design.

Responsible for technical co-ordination of multi-discipline engineering and design team for first phase of modification to a floating vessel for crude oil production storage and offloading. Duties included discipline man-hour control and progress reporting.The scope was for FPSO conceptual design and layout of various topsides process and mechanical packages.

ARCO BRITISH LIMITED. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER FACILITIES. FEBRUARY 1991 - DECEMBER 1992Orwell Field Development Project. Client representative responsible for the technical co-ordination of multi-discipline engineering and design team. The scope was inclusive of all engineering, fabrication and construction phases for upgrade to an existing offshore topsides facilities, due to increased production from a new subsea development.I was responsible for the approval and execution of modifications to topsides reception facilities for the addition of gas/condensate processing equipment, piping, structural fabrication/construction, associated with an additional modularised gas compressor. Day-to-day duties included interfacing with project management team, offshore operations department, the engineering contractor, the fabrication and construction contractor and suppliers of major equipment items for progress control, man-hour approval and reporting expenditure.
