Nicole has been working on a casual basis for GBM since July 2015, and is a highly esteemed and well regarded member of the Company. Nicole is a real pleasure to work with; a motivated, hard working and dedicated individual who takes extreme pride in the work she does. Focused and determined she takes control of situations and thrives on challenges with very little supervision. Nicole’s duties at GBM includes the management of geological databases ensuring full integrity of the data, upgrading database software, and creation of new configurations, data entry, validation and verification of historic databases, maintenance and general database and logcheif problem solving issues. Whilst working with GBM Nicole has displayed focus, diligence and strong leadership skills in all her assigned tasks. Nicole works very well both independently and by remotely communicating with field staff out at site. She is able to problem solve issues both efficiently and effectively and always within the tight timeframes given. Nicole displays excellent organisational and exceptional multi-tasking skills; no job is too difficult, she manages to work her way through the toughest and trickiest of problems both efficiently and with care and detail. She keeps up regular communication whilst tackling the issues in the background and gives regular progress updates.
