    free to ask me questions or point out mistakes.

    Chapter Questions: 1, 2 (just the first 2 sentences of

    assigned question must be answered to receive any credit

    GRADING NOTE: I will grade a little easier on the first

    assignment and give you feedback. Generally, I will grade

    all assignments the week after they are due and e-mail

    each of you individually with your grade and any

    comments.

    30 Chapter 2: Int. Law & the Worlds Legal Systems

    Chapter Questions: 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, & 9.

    FEBRUARY

    6 Chapter 3: Resolving Int. Commercial Disputes

    Chapter Questions: 1, 5 & 6.

    13 Chapter 4: Sales Contracts

    Chapter Questions: 2 (a. & b. only) 4 & 5.

    NOTE: This is a long, detailed and challenging

    chapter (and questions). You may need more time

    to read it and to answer the assigned text

    questions than on the other chapters.

    20 DUE DATE FOR MIDTERM EXAM: late exams

    will be accepted but with a 5-point late penalty

    for every late day, no exceptions.

    27 Chapter 8: National Lawmaking Powers and Regulation of

    U.S. Trade Chapter Questions: 3, 6, 9 (note: you do nothave to look up the court case at the end of

    question 9) & 10.

    Areas Chapter Questions: 6 & 7 (give reasons for your

    answer to 7).

    FINAL EXAM POSTED ON BB INFORMATION(APRIL 17)

    24 FINAL EXAM DUE (late points apply after this date).

    Important Grading Note: I will turn my official grades into ASU Monday

    morning, April 29. Any final exams not received before 11:55 PM Sunday

    night, April 28 cannot be accepted (even with late points applied) and will

    receive a zero.
