    Easternmost point: 56 30 W (Guyana/Surinam/Brazil three junction point; 156

    N)

    Largest island: Hog Island, 57 km

    Highest mountain: Mount Roraima, 2,810 metres

    Longest river: Essequibo River, 1,010 km

    Claims: Venezuela: all of the area west of the Essequibo River

    Surinam: all of the area east of the New River
