General Practitioner and Health Board to run the cervical screening program throughout the Scotland. The Cervical Screening Program indentify the women from CHI system, who match certain nationally agreed protocols and Call them either electronically or by send letter, The General Practitioner take the Smear of Patient log the detail into Smear Taking application and send to Laboratory System. The Lab System processes the sample and authorized the result, based on result the patient refers to Colpscopy or into Call Recall System. Each result of Patient will send by eNCCRS System to GP System to update the Patient result. Basically there are total 5 module are present to help the run this screening program, Smear Taking application, Laboratory application, Call Recall application, Colpscopy application and Guardian application. Another background process called eNCCRS system update the Patient Result to GP System. The admin module Guardian is view the patient Result, letter and Patient Information.

SCCRS is developed by using iterative methodology from release 1.0 to release 1.14. I was part of development team for release 1.13 and 1.14 and also was involved in eNCCRS, Helix and Compas Integration Service releases. The SCCRS system has 3 tier architecture that get the data from sql server as xml bind with xslt and display, background sql job will involve the alert functionality and pull the data from CHI system and update/Insert the SCCRS System.eNCCRS System is Sql job has the functionality to get the SCRRS data call the web service and send the Result data to GP system. Helix Compas Integration service has the functionality to get the data from Helix and Compas system in Flat File format, Process the data according to certain protocols and generate the Flat files by SSIS package.

OHS is developed by using iterative methodology from release TB001 to release TB046. Currently part of development team for release TB047 and also was involved in TB043, TB045 and TB046 releases. The overview of the business of OHS is, when a authorized customer refer their employee to health checkup, their manager or OHS staff creates a referral (employee details and their requisite health check up) to the OHS system after on basis of details the work flow lunch on the OHS system against that referral, goes to various stages for health check up by Atos Health Care Staff (Doctor, Nurse etc) and finally report will be generated and send it to the concern person by email or Fax. In current release TB047, I incorporate Ajax functionality to get the data from database filer with xslt and display for customer in OHS suit of application.

Application and Applicant level it act as middle level role between E-Channel and ICSB system. This system is validate the applicant and application , who are applied to open a Hi SAVE account ,this account is an Internet based Savings product with this Direct Banking product, ICICI Bank UK plans to target for the first time the local UK population. The product is purely Internet based with no branch-based transaction involved. It doesn’t require huge investment in infrastructure but provides good reach to the target segment. The Applicant who wants to open the Hi SAVE account must have a Link Account .The Applicant apply through E-Channel System and the application or applicant is valid or not, is checked by UKTRACK SYSTEM . This system has four main modules, Transaction, Master, Reports and Query Desk. I have worked with Transaction and Reports module. In Transaction module, I worked with “Files Upload “sub module. In this module, whatever the files comes from E-Channel are uploaded by this sub module, in this module we check applicant level verification. If any applicant has Experian or WT record. The application for that applicant will rejected by the system by adding an appropriate Status. This module use two external web – Services, one is Experian and another is WT Checker. If applicant has no Experian and WT records. That’s application details go to master table. The details of Experian and WT Details for one particular applicant is shown in tabular format. In Reports module I have worked with one sub module “All Application and Applicant Details”, this sub module basically provide the all information about the Application and Applicant. After submitting the “Tracking No” or “From Date” and “To Date”, the module display all the application and applicant details, it has also the facility to download as excel format.

about the sales of product according to data send by other application on monthly basis. This application is used by admin, Regional sale manager, sales manager etc. The data come from other application is in text format this data have to upload the table by using DTS package after certain updating have done in transaction table the truncation table update the master table according to requirement .I have worked with DTS Package automation system. In this system user can trigger the DTS package by web application and update the master table. I also worked with RSM (Regional Sales Manager) Daily Reports module. In this module the RSM fixed the sales target for sales manager to sell the product. Whatever deals done by sales manager is reflected the same in RSM Daily Report. The reports display in excel format.

Responsibilities: Coding and deigning for all sub modules along with Validations at UI level. Write Stored Procedure. Code for COM component Information gathers from user.

Project 7. – E-APPRAISAL SYSTEM

positioned investment bank in India and provides products and services in Fixed Income, Equities and Corporate FinanceThis system is formulated to improve the overall procedures and work processes of ICICI Securities - Mumbai. E-Appraisal system will facilitate the appraisal process and track the status, which lead to efficiency in appraisal mechanism. MIS based on these inputs will help organization to take the important decisions.System will be developed for two types of appraisal i.e. mid year appraisal and annual appraisal. Goals and Sub-goals will be common for both type of appraisals but performance will be tracked separately. This application is divided in three sections Admin, Appraise and Appraiser. The Admin section has three main modules 1) Master 2) Transaction 3) Reports. The appraise section has 1) Define Goal Sheet 2) Competency Evaluation 3) Self Evaluation 4) Final Rating. The appraiser section has 1) Competency Review 2) Final Rating 3) Goal Sheet Approval 4) performance Review. The Reports section has 1) Goal Sheet Reminder 4) Mega Report. The master module has the facility to maintain the entire master like Competency Master, Rating scale master, menu master etc. The Transaction module has the facilities to maintain mapping and starting the appraisal process for particular year like schedule setup, email template, start process, send mail to start performance appraisal, competency goal sheet mapping, moderated Rating etc .The report module has to facilities to generate report according to user selection like appraisal form, mega report etc.I have worked on Transaction module, Appraiser module and Data Purging module. In Truncation Module one is the Start Process submodule.In Start Process Sub module, the HR Admin start the process for appraisal for mid year or annual year. all goal that have to defined in previous years copy to current to current financial year another sub module is send mail to define goal and send mail to start performance that is to trigger by HR admin .The another sub module is competency review in this module the appraiser review the competency evaluation submit by the apprisees, after review the first appraiser the competency goes to second appraiser for review. After performance review and competency review the hr admin gives the final rating and moderate rating.

It has following modules Master Maintains, Training Schedule definition, Training feedback and Reports. The master Maintains module has the facility to maintain all master like User master, Role master, Menu master etc. The Training Schedule definition has following sub modules like Schedule Training, Attendee Nomination, Mark Attendance and Update Training schedule. The Training feedback module has one sub module Attendee feedback. The Report module has 1) Training conducted - All training conducted will be shown by this reports between a date range. 2) Learning History - All training attended by a particular employee should be shown by this report. 3) Training Calendar - All scheduled training will be shown by this module.4) Attendance Report - This reports will generate all employee list who make an attendance for particular batch.5) Not Trained Employee -This report will show all the list of employee who don’t take any training for the particular job profile.I have worked on Training Feedback module and Report module. In Training feedback module the user can give his/her feedback about to content and trainer for a batch. In this module a list of attended batch is displayed according to selected date and job profile then by clicking on batch name user can rate and suggestion of some questions and finally they can submit. This application is based on two tier architecture.

improve the overall procedures and work processes in the Container Freight Station, Maersk - Mumbai. It has following modules Yard Management, Import, Export, Gate, Maintenance and Repair, Finance, MIS Reports, Auction, Master tables, Interfaces to Central Systems, Security, Daily Control Reports, Web Enabled Reports.Import module handles all the operations for import containers in CFS like job order generation, customs examination, de-stuffing, delivery of cargo/containers, etc. The major functions in Import CFS module are classified as follows: Container & Item Details, Payment Receipt, Job Order Generation, Customs Inspection, Tally Sheet.I worked on only Import module’s Container & Item Details, Customs Inspection and Tally Sheet. The Container & Item details function is used to capture the IGM (Import General Manifest), BL (Bill of Lading) and BE (Bill of Entry) details of all the import containers before coming into CFS for particular year. Customs examination is done on import cargo in all/some of the before delivery is made to importer. Customs examination is done IGM- Item wise. Tally Sheet function captures the details of tally of cargo done by the surveyors during container de-stuffing.
