Gate Pass Security System Gate Pass Security System allows users to send, search and renew security approval request for visitors. New Daily Pass Security Request: For submitting New Request, users should select (New Daily Pass Sec Request) from the Gate Pass Security menu. Before filling Security Approval Request Form, please note that: • All fields marked with (*) are mandatory • Arabic fields must be filled in Arabic • Entry Purpose: users must write their entry purpose in details • Attachmnet instruction: o Each attachment size should be less than 1 MB o The type of files to be attached (pdf or jpeg) is mentioned beside each attachment o Passsport attachment should include ALL THE FOLLOWING IN ONE PDF File: Security Form Passport front and back page Visa page

Gate Pass Security System
Gate Pass Security System allows users to send, search and renew security approval request for visitors.
New Daily Pass Security Request:
For submitting New Request, users should select (New Daily Pass Sec Request) from the Gate Pass Security menu.
Before filling Security Approval Request Form, please note that:
• All fields marked with (*) are mandatory
• Arabic fields must be filled in Arabic

Search Request:
Allows users to:
• Search for submitted Security Approval Requests
• Check the status of submitted Security Approval Requests
Search Request:
1. Users can search by the status by selecting the status from the list and click search 2. Users can search by the Passport No 3. Users can specify the number of the records per page 4. Users can hide columns 5. Action column differ according to the status of the request:
a. PENDING Request: Users can DELETE pending requests, by clicking on the
trash icon showing in Action column
b. APPROVED, REJECTED, UNDER PROCESS and ON HOLD Requests: Users can VIEW the request, by selecting the eye icon showing in Action column.
c. RESUBMIT Request: Users can RESUBMIT the request by selecting the eye
icon showing in Action column. Review the remarks that sent from gatepass officer & correct it, contact gatepass officer if remarks not clear.
d. EXPIRED and PENDING FOR RENEWAL Requests: Users can RENEW the
request by selecting the eye icon showing in Action column
Renewal Request:
Shows a list of requests waiting for renewal:
1. Daily Security Clearance going to expire in 90 Days
2. Daily Security Clearance Already Expired.

3. Users can edit and renew any record by clicking on the Passport No. OR Edit & Renew
button.
