The CORFLO–DUAL & TRIPLE Gastrostomy Tubes are designed for: • initial placement during a surgical gastrostomy. • replacement of a P.E.G. tube or other gastrostomy device. • replacement of a Foley catheter utilized for gastrostomy feeding. Gastrostomy tubes provide many benefits, especially when compared to Foley catheters. A wide variety of sizes are available. • Medical Grade Clear Silicone Long lasting, inert to the body, and provides for greater patient comfort by reducing skin irritation. • Inflation Valve Identification Balloon volume and the word INFLATION are printed on the inflation valve for quick visual identification. • Convenient Insertion Kit A prefilled syringe (sterile water), gauze pad, and lubricating jelly are provided with all CORFLO-DUAL & TRIPLE Gastrostomy Tubes. A Corpak Enteral Y extension set is included with all CORFLO-DUAL Gastrostomy Tubes to provide access for irrigation and medication administration. • External Retention Bolster Prevents migration and eliminates the need for tape or sutures. Bolster vent holes facilitate air circulation for reduced site irritation and improved stomal healing. • Rounded Radiopaque Tip Tip design improves flow, minimizes clogging, and is detectable by x-ray.
