SALIENT FEATURES & BENEFITS:

Heavy duty portable gas cutting machine with facility of clutch arrangement for easy manual movement.

Machines can be used for gas cutting with two torches simultaneously (this facility is however optional)

Torch is with nozzle mix technology for gas cutting with 3 seat nozzles

Machine is supplied with steel rail of 1.8mtr length. Sturdy, does not get easily damaged.

Speed variation is through mechanical cone-pulley arrangement (maintenance free).

Fabricated sheet metal body, difficult to dismantle and assemble for maintenance.

Spring-loaded torch holder assembly gives jerks while moving up and down.

Gas Control knobs are mounted on the torch itself. Hence they get hot during cutting, making it difficult for the operator to do any adjustment during cutting.No such lever is available.

Usually portable gas cutting machines do not include these accessories.

King Cutting Torch is available with ANM nozzle for use with Acetylene as fuel gas and PNM nozzle for use with LPG as fuel gas.NOZZLEMIX CUTTING IS SAFEST: King Cutting Torches unique positive-suction NM nozzles are designed according to the fuel gas being used, to safeguard the torch and operator from sustained backfire or flashback. This is especially advantageous when different fuel gases are used on the same shopfloor.WIDER RANGE OF OPERATION: King Cutting Torches can be employed for a wide range of cutting jobs. All you need is to change the nozzle to suit the job.EASY MAINTENANCE: The all metal design makes 303 NM a rugged torch that can withstand rough handling by shopfloor workers.

KING PROTECT / T: Flashback arrestor is designed to be fitted on the inlet of hand held gas welding and cutting equipment and to machine torches. It consists of a non-return valve and a cylindrical stainless steel filter element. The device provides protection to the operator and ancillary equipment, should a flashback occur.KING PROTECT / R: Flashback arrestor is desinged to be fitted to the requlator outlet on single cylinder applications or as an integral part of a pipeline mounting and in both applications it provides complete protection to the operators regulator and gas supply from the effects of flashback.
