Across the board, we saw huge auction crowds,
enthusiastic bidding and so much energy in the
air. There’s certainly a buzz in the local property
market and we’re confident that will continue

We can’t discuss the ‘weekend that was’ without
a very special mention about the auction at
32 Howitt Road, Caulfield North. It was a highlight
for us and it seems the whole neighbourhood was
present. This iconic home was hotly contended
and rightly so. They just don’t make them like
this anymore. Everything about this property is
outstanding including the price. And while the
final sale result is undisclosed, it’s one we’re
