Intern, Hewlett Packard (Global Real Estate) April 2014 – June 2015
Lead of an energy project which delivered an annual saving of over $100,000 for HP Leixlip. Contributed to the team which led the real estate strategy for the HP Leixlip campus consolidation project. Created a spreadsheet which managed all utility costs and allowed for various cost analysis. Delivered a more efficient method of conference room booking and mapping for 2,500 employees. Lead the exit of a sub-tenant previously operating in a 200,000 sq.ft warehouse.

Assisted the delivery of a 30,000 sq.ft. Kerry Foods office space and R&D facility. Managed multiple sub-contractors/employees weekly, ensuring works were carried out efficiently, in a safe
