DAY 5SGARRAZZA - MONTE SANT'ANGELOA long, hard, amazing stage. After leaving Masseria Sgarrazza we will head towards Monte Sant'Angelo,biking close to Foresta Umbra until Monte Sacro where we will start hard climbing to our final destination.

DAY 6MONTE SANT'ANGELO - MONTE SPIGNO - FALCAREToday we cross Bosco Quarto and climb on Monte Spigno, one of the highest mountains of Gargano. we will arrive at Falcare for lunch and relax at the swimming pool.

DAY 7FALCARE - CAGNANO VARANO -RODI GARGANICOAn emotional itinerary, downhill to the sea. Crossing a long canyon, visiting Cagnano Varano old town and coasting Varano Lake and the beach, we arrive to charming Rodi Garganico. After dinner we will take a short walk of the old town.

DAY 8RODI GARGANICOOur last goodbye on the beach and arrivederci to the next year.

An itinerary to Gargano nature and its history.Everyday a different step with increasing difficult level. A tour that will not be only a challenge but an authentic immersion in the real Gargano, land full of contrasts , hard and mild at the same time.Explore Gargano takes place just 2 times in a year and, on request in other dates, for small groups.20 partecipants maximumfrom 24 to 31 of may 2015from 6 to 13 of september 2015

Details: 8 days/7 nightsOvernight stay in selected farm and 3 star hotels (air conditioning and bathroom always available in rooms).Meals: full board, breakfast and dinner in hotel, light lunch on trails or in typical farm during the itinerary.Assistance: an Italian and English speaking guide will be with you during the tour and will carry tools and replacement parts for small works. Every night a complete tool set will be available for an ordinary maintenance. if necessary, a shuttle service will be available to get to the next bike station.Baggage: baggage will be transferred on our shuttle and you will find them in your room every night at your arrive in hotel. We suggest you to use a small backpack with things you need during the day.

DAY 1 SAN MENAIOIndividual arrival and accomodation at Garden Hotel in San Menaio. It is possible to reach San Menaio by train, using Ferrovie del Gargano departing from San Severo. Meeting with the other partecipants and Gargano MTB staff for a welcome dinner with briefing at the hotel.

DAY 2SAN MENAIO - PESCHICI - SFINALICCHIOThe beginning of the tour is simple and spectacular for an easy starting but it's so amazing that everyone will be stunned. Through a paved road we will reach Peschici old town. after that we could stop for swimming in two of the best beaches of Gargano, Calenella e Sfinale. Downhill in single track arriving to a three star resort for overnight.

DAY 3SFINALICCHIO - FORESTA UMBRA - VIESTEThis day finally we enter in Foresta Umbra. Difference in level is about 1000 meters but climbing is never so hard. We have time to enjoy scenery, from shadow of the forest to the sparkling light of the sea. Before arrriving to Vieste, there will be a stop for lunch in the forest. Vieste is full of typical shops and restaurants, to spend an enjoyable evening.

DAY 4VIESTE -SGARRAZZAThere are many different opportunities on 4th day to spend the day. You may
