Garden of Knowledge & Virtue

Background

Apart from the academic subjects that are offered to serve IIUM mission and vision, the university organises conferences and workshops on Islamisation of acquired human knowledge, so that various dimensions of the concept are further enriched.

In line with this effort, the office of the Campus Director, IIUM Kuantan, has established IIUM Workshop on Islamisation and Integration of Knowledge, known as I-WIN.

This workshop is a coordinated work between the Campus Directors’ office and faculties of IIUM Kuantan Campus.

I-WIN is designed to be a platform to address given topics and subjects from the scientific and religious perspectives.

I-WIN consists of morning talks given by respective scholars from the fields of science and Islamic revealed knowledge, followed by a forum session in the afternoon.

I-WIN is open to all; IIUM staff and students, as well as to the public. Followings are tentative topics and dates of I-WINs in 2016.
