Smooth operation is all the secret of our Biostar range the

material is grabbed immediately, the cutting process starts

and is executed efficiently.

The reason for the speedy handling is the patented diago-

nal cutting system: The massive knife disc operating in a

diagonal position pulls the material in and shreds it all in

one go.

The branches are immediately grabbed by the knife. The

infeed auger on the knife disc conveys and supports the

intake even of soft, loose material. The wide, straight ejector

allows an important throughput.

Knife changing is easy: You only release the central lock

and fold down the filling shaft for getting free access to the

knife disc. A limit switch prevents the inadvertent knife disc

start.

The practical scheppach design ensures a good look evenafter many years. All parts all powder-coated and extremely

resistant to scratches and shocks.
