Garage doors: sectional, roller, up-and-over and hinged doors differ in opening methods, design and leaf filling. Before we decide on a certain door, we should

analyse in detail the technical capabilities of the door and predict the results of its use. In making our decision, it is best to consult our architect and answer a few

essential questions when planning our house.

MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC DOOR?� WIŚNIOWSKI garage doors (with the exception of

side-hinged doors) are available in manual or power-operated versions. Doors opened with a drive unit maybe operated by a remote control, without the need tostep out of the car. This solution is especiallyappreciated on cold, rainy days. For additionalconvenience, the same remote control may be used tooperate both garage door and residential gate.

When in use, sectional and roller doors do not require any free space in front of the garage. The doorblade rises vertically and hides under the ceiling or rolls up into a box . Bothdoor types are recommended for garages opening directly onto the street and where there is limitedspace in front of the garage.
