This document confirms the Agreement between ______________________ (The Artist) and the associates of Established Now(The Gallery). The Artist and the Gallery hereby enter into the following agreement: 1. Agency; Purposes : The Artist appoints the Gallery as an agent for the consigned artwork (the Art) consigned under thisAgreement for the purposes of exhibition, sale, and publicity for the Artists opening/closing event/s. The Artist retains copyrightto all consigned artwork in perpetuity, as governed by law. 2. Pricing; Consignment: The pricing of the Art will be a collaborative effort between the Artist and the Gallery. The Gallery willexert all reasonable efforts to close sales of the Art only at the Retail Price specified on the Inventory Sheet. The Artist agrees toprovide the Gallery, in a timely fashion and upon request, with anynecessary documents or information in support of sales. 3. Warranty: The Artist hereby warrants that he or she created and possesses unencumbered title to the Art, and that theirdescriptions are true and accurate. 4. Duration of Consignment. Consignments shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Art or theGallery requests that the Artist takes back any or all of the Art with which request the other party shall comply. 5. Transportation Responsibilities . Packing and shipping charges, insurance, costs, other handling expenses, and risk of loss ordamage incurred in the delivery of the Art from the Artist to the Gallery shall be the responsibility of the Artist.

6. The Gallerys Commission .. The Gallery and the Artist agree that the Gallerys commission is to be TWENTY (20) percent of theRetail Price of the Art.

7. Removal From Gallery . The Gallery shall not lend, remove from the premises, or sell on approval any of the Art, without firstobtaining oral and/or written permission from the Artist. Payment to the Artist will be provided within thirty (30) days after receiptof payment from Buyer to the Gallery. Artwork will not be released by the Gallery to the Buyer until full payment is received. 7. Promotion. The Gallery agrees to provide adequate display of the Art and to undertake other reasonable promotional

activities on the Artists behalf. The Gallery shall identify clearly all the Art with the Artists name included on the bill of sale of eachwork of Art. 8. Reproduction . The Gallery may arrange to have the Art photographed to publicize and promote the Art through both printmedia and the Gallerys website. In every instance of such use, the Artist shall be acknowledged as the creator and copyrightowner of the Art.

9. Procedures for Modification. Amendments to this Agreement must be signed by both the Artist and the Gallery and attachedto this document. Both parties must initial any deletions made on this form and any additional provisions written into it.

10. Choice of Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida.
