SPE 0111 is NSF Approved An�scalant. SPE0111 was developed in order to effec�velyControl Scale forma�on under a wide range of RO opera�onal condi�ons and to ensurecompliance with local environmental legisla�on.

SPE 0111 is a mul�func�onal an�scalant for Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltra�on (NF)and Electro-dialysis Reversal (EDR) systems. It is highly effec�ve in preven�ng calciumcarbonate scale on membranes surface. Besides, its excellent calcium carbonates scaleinhibi�on SPE 0111 effec�vely controls calcium sulphate, calcium fluoride and metal oxides scale. SPE 0111 has approvals from major membrane manufactures. SPE 0111 is cer�fied to ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for the produc�on of portable water by Reverse Osmosis, nanofiltra�on and EDR Systems.

The dosage level of SPE0111 is dependent on the quality of the feed water and the satura�on indices of the various scales forming species present in the concentratedbrine. Recommended injec�on points - into the feed water, downstream of any filtra�on equipment and cartridge filters.

Foam control is of considerable importance in the potato processing industry and in industrial fermenta�on process. A variety of surface ac�ve compounds are present in the steps involved in the produc�on and processing of potatoes. These include humic acids, proteins, starch, pec�ns and saponins. The genera�on of unwanted foams occupy considerable por�on of the process vessel and therefore effec�vely reduce the size of these vessels and lower the overall output. A considerable amount of finished product like chips, fries can be lost if foam is removed manually.

Fogging is a technique in which the DISINFECTANT is sprayedin an area with the help of SPRAY Dispensing Machine and specially designed nozzles. This is called Ultra Low Volume Fogging.

The purpose of fogging is to increase the possibility of contact between the disinfectant solu�on and air spaces, especially those that are otherwise difficult to reach. Typically, fogging takes between 30-60 minutes followed by a ‘se�ling period’ of at least 1 hour before it is safe to re-enter the area. This means there is poten�ally an extended contact �me for microbiological ac�on, which can increase the efficacy. Independent Food Industry research has shown that disinfectants based on Hydrogen peroxide can be applied for the deac�va�on of a large variety of pathogenic microorganisms. It also deac�vates viruses and spores.
