Subject: Acceptance of resignation and issuing the no objection certificate on 26/12/2013 from

University as my date of reporting as a Phd student is on 27/12/2013 at NIT Surathkal.

Respected Sir,

I ( G.Balakrishna) working as an Asst.Prof in the department of computer science have got selected in

Phd interview at NIT Surathkal, so I have to report at NIT Surathkal on 27/12/2013 with my no

objection certificate from current working place (MEWAR UNIVERSITY), so I will be reporting at

University on 25/12/2013 but as it is holiday for universityI will try to fulfill all the formalities on the

same day itself but anything incase not fulfilled I will come back to university after reporting at NIT

Surathkal on 27/12/2013 but before that on 26/12/2013 kindly issue me my No Objection certificate

from University, so that I can be partially relieved from university duties and join for Phd. For

reference I’m also enclosing my reporting letter with this kindly go through it.
