Custom CMS built in PHP+MariaDB (original was built in Joomla), that has isolated management for each franchise. The tool provided the capabilities of action items for General Managers to add employees, update testimonials for their location and more.

OUTREACH TOOL

To import the existing content, MMM Solutions programmatically looked at the original navigation structure to generate a hierarchy, and then scraped each page to pull out the unique content and import it into the new system.

SEO is a major priority, and the best way to improve SEO is to develop content, the system runs reports daily on industry keywords for each location. For example, this would allow a GM to know if their location ranks well for "manual therapy" but not for "sports injuries”.

Migration was a major consideration as there were over 130 locations. MMM Solutions generated an array of menu items via the Joomla database for each location, looked at the content associated with each menu ID and provided different "theme options".

MMM Solutions developed a second custom CMS built in PHP+MariaDB with the purpose of consolidating information related to franchise operations, thus making it easier to find categorize and update documents and other relevant manuals.

FYZICAL COLLEGE

It was setup with the ability to isolate sections of content based on employee position in the company. This system allows a user to upload a PDF or Microsoft Word Document, that it will automatically convert it to a web friendly format and partition it into chapters to assign permissions on a modular basis.
