to Suraj of Sangamner. The Cost of Sweet Oil is Rs. 12 perkg. The Consignor paid Rs. 6,000 for Carriage, Rs. 1,000 forOctroi and Rs. 1,500 for Insurance.During transit 300 kg of Sweet Oil was destroyed due to accidentfor which Insurance Company paid Rs. 3,500 in full settlementof the claim directly to the Consignee.Suraj took delivery of the consignment and accepted the billdrawn on him for Rs. 30,000.
