trading in the underlying futures contract. Just like with crude oil, you will want to be sure

you are familiar with the expiration schedule of the underlying heating oil futures. Heating

oil futures cease trading on the last business day of the month preceding the delivery

month. For example, July 2013 heating oil futures expire in June - the month before the

stated delivery month. The last business day of June is Friday, the 28th. Since heating oil

options expire three business days before this date, the final trade date would be Tuesday,

June 25th. Monthly natural gas options are listed for all calendar months.
