Future Warfare Center
The Training and Doctine Command Capability Manager for Global Ballistic Missile Defense represents the TRADOC com-manding general and reports to the commanding general of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command. The TCM GBMD serves as the Army’s user representative and centralized manager and integrator for all doc-trine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy, called DOTMLPF-P, consider-ations for global ballistic missile defense, and Army applications of the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communi-cations, or C2BMC, system.

The Tradoc Capability Manager for Global Ballistic Missile Defense serves as the primary stakeholder and user representative for the following acquisition programs:
• Ground-based Midcourse Defense
• AN/TPY-2 Forward Based Mode Radars
• Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications
TCM GBMDGlobal Ballistic Missile Defense
The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command coordinates overall global missile defense efforts including system development, capability development, and doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy, called DOTMLPF-P, integration with Army staff, Fires Center of Excellence, Missile Defense Agency, Program Executive Office-Missiles and Space, Army National Guard, U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Northern Command, U.S. Pacific Command, U.S. European Command and U.S. Central Command.
Overall objective is to support the development, fielding, and testing of an integrated air and missile defense system to protect the United States and its for-ward-deployed forces, friends and allies from hostile ballistic missile attack.
